The goal was to create an easily editable email footer that could be applied to any employee’s profile.
The client requested a white background behind the logo to ensure it remained emphasized and
consistent for external communication.

typography, and layout. To make the footer practical, I designed it as a plug‑and‑play element that could be
quickly customized for each employee while maintaining consistency across the organization.
